WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 7days hassle-free return for your item(s).
The item(s) must be in original condition with original tag and hygiene seal remaining in place.
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
An Order-made item is difficult to return or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
We offer a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
All returns can be sent to our Returns Warehouse based in Korea.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply contact us at Live Chat or email@example.com within 7days of receiving your parcel.
Once your return request is assigned, the product must be received back by L'EAU ET within 7days.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return delivery costs.
Once the items have been received, we will send you new piece(s) out or you will receive your refund.
We cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
We recommend using a registered post service to return items, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece(s) you wish to exchange.
If refunding, the full set must be returned (including free gifts and promotional items). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality.
However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at Live Chat or firstname.lastname@example.org so we can urgently review the matter for you!
