HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Standard Delivery Cost is KRW 3,500 under KRW 100,000 order in South Korea and International Delivery Cost is vary. Please check the link.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Korea over KRW 100,000 and all International orders over USD 250.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at Live Chat or leauet@gmail.com

within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under 'Pending' status.

We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

An Order-made item is difficult to cancel, return or refund.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We generally deliver all orders in 2-3 working days in South Korea and takes 3-7 working days internationally.

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

We uses Hanjin logistics and EMS for all orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number.

I ORDERED AN AVAILABLE SET WITH AN ORDER-MADE OR A PRE-ORDER, WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY?

We will ship your order once all items are available.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.

These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Leauet does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.

We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Leauet, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
